Muay Thai is the art of kickboxing from Thailand. It is the most formidable sport in the world. No other style of stand up fighting compares to Muay Thai. Learn boxing, and kicking techniques along with knees and elbows. This is a hard workout with lots of conditioning. Sparring is conducted in these classes.

Boxing
Boxing fundamentals and proper technique are taught in this class. Learn to hit the heavy bags, speed bag, double end bag, slip ball and focus mitts. Trainers work at your personal level of ability.

MMA
For the serious competitor. Stand up and ground fighting experience required. This class spars at all ranges of mixed martial arts. Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling techniques are refined and put together for competition in MMA.

Women’s Self Defense & Fitness
This class is for women only. This class will teach you proper technique for kickboxing and boxing. Learn to use your hands, feet, elbows and knees to defend yourself. Lots of abdominal and core work Lots of cardio and stretching.
